Dream Big Music is led by Michael and Taylor Sloane, two music industry executives with deep experience across artist development, marketing, digital strategy, project management, and audience growth.

Together, they bring a rare combination of strategic thinking, executional discipline, and real-world experience inside artist teams, labels, and growth-focused campaigns.

Taylor Sloane

Co-Founder

Taylor Sloane is a senior marketing and artist development executive with over 15 years of experience building campaigns, shaping artist brands, and driving audience growth at the highest levels of the music industry.

As Sr. Director of Marketing & Artist Development at Universal Music Group Nashville, Taylor has led marketing strategy and execution for artists including Keith Urban, Chris Stapleton, Kacey Musgraves, Jordan Davis and many more. Her work has contributed to Grammy-winning campaigns, chart-topping releases, and platinum-selling projects.

Taylor’s strength lies in connecting strategy, creativity, and execution. She has led cross-functional teams across labels, management, and external partners—helping artists and projects move forward with clarity and momentum.

At Dream Big Music, Taylor brings that experience into a focused, artist-first model built around audience growth, strategic development, and execution.

Michael Sloane

Co-Founder

Michael Sloane is an entertainment executive, strategist, and educator with over two decades of experience at the intersection of artist development, digital strategy, and emerging technology.

He has worked across management, labels, live experiences, and digital platforms—helping shape the careers of artists including Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Justin Bieber and several hundred others.

Michael previously served as Head of Digital at Big Machine Label Group and has held leadership roles across artist management, live entertainment, and streaming strategy. As the founder of Streaming Promotions, he built a business focused on audience growth and streaming strategy that was later acquired by Symphonic Distribution.

At Dream Big Music, Michael focuses on aligning strategy, data, and execution to help artists and teams build real momentum in a rapidly evolving music landscape.
